I. Loved. This. Book. What a great ending! I need moreeeeeee!

It was not so bad as I expected. I don't know what I was waiting from this final book from the series but it was not bad, neither it was great. I was bored. That's the only characteristic I can make for now...

I loved the rest of the books in this series. I reconmmend reading all 3 together because I forgot a lot of stuff that happened in the other books, also I'm not sure if this was explained in the first 2 but how did all of Raffe's Watchers fall, did they fall at the same time and what exactly happened? I loved this one too but I found that some of the stuff happening or things I found hard to see in my head, so basically there should have been more imagery, for the first time I found that Penryn's actions ticked me off and most of all what made me not enjoy the book as much as I would have was
Spoiler the fact that there was supposed to be 2 additional books in this series. So the whole time I had this nagging feeling like other important parts were cut out in order to make this one book. There were so many things that were left unanswered and to me the main one was Penryn, she seems like she's a descendent of the Nelplhim, Susan Ee could have added in the epilogue that the Watchers were tracing their descendants and one of them found out Penryn was one of them. I feel like the epilogue should have been longer and I was hoping that it would be in the future and we'll see Penryn and Raffe's kids. Also the whole giving up his wings I never saw that as how everything ends but it makes perfect sense we're taken in a full circle. But why did he have to get Beliel's demons wings back? He probably didn't want another pair of angel wings that wasn't his but after running through all the reasons I didn't want him to give up his wings and power it came down to he shouldn't have given his archangel wings to a Pit Lord. That will end badly.
Okay now onto the stuff I loved that final battle was pretty damn cool it was not anticlimatic at all, I love how Penyrn were saying how even though humans are imperfect we are a precious race just like the 10th Doctor said. Penryn's family is badass, they all became leaders of different groups of people that fit exactly who they were, Penryn was the leader of the normal scared out of their minds huamns, Paige: the mutations, their mom: creep group of religious fanatics. Paige was so amazing for a 7 year old, even as a monster she was so compassionate and that sentence at the end of the book about Paige
Spoiler
My baby sister- the queen of locusts.
Even though no one to the readers knowledge died, Raffe's wings being sawed off filled that void of pain and angst.
. Raffe's Watchers were amazing, I loved them and wanted to see and know more about them. They were so supportive and incredibly funny. I loved seeing more of the angel side of Raffe and the amount of power he wielded. Raffe and Penryn were freaking cute, it would have seemed like instalove if you didn't think about their relationship in the previous books. I had to think about why like actually loved each other instead of them lusting over each other (Penryn did some stupid things over that) but then I realized that Raffe made Penryn feel safe and like she had someone that would always be there and she could lean on when she needed a break something she never had with her mom. (Her relationship with her mom got much better in this book and she understood her mom better but I wanted her mom to explain everything, why she acted so crazy all the time and how she knew about everything.) Penryn to Raffe was someone loyal which he was really really low on after all his Watchers fell and someone who accepted him no matter what wings he had or didn't have. The End of days emphasized how they are a team and two halves that fit together perfectly in all ways. So all in all even though this book had its faults it is really worth reading and as far as conclusions go it was pretty good. I'm sad that this series and this world is concluded, it was really something else.

Amazing series! Please read it, you will enjoy it immensely.

This is one of the most original apocalypse books I've read. Between angel politics and human savagery the story held me spellbound from page 1 of book 1.

Susan Ee's writing is so flawless that it allows the story to shine through without any distractions. If I have any gripe at all it is simply that I would have preferred the story in a single book or two instead of a trilogy. The trilogy chopped up the story unnecessarily. But now that all 3 books are out, readers don't have to wait to get the complete story.

I have added these 3 books to my special collection.

It was a bang and my mind is blown. I'm gonna suffer from one hell of a book hangover after End of Days. I hate the last book of a series, I don't wanna say goodbye to Penryn, Raffe, Pooky, Paige, Penryn's mom, the twins and all those amazing characters.

End of Days is so packed with action, romance and feeeeels!!!! I loved every bit of it (big yay to chapter 5 ;) )

Penryn owned it, how can she be so kickass so strong and awesome, she's my favorite heroine in an apocalyptic world.

And Raffe! My baby Raffe! My most beloved book boyfriend, sarcastic, witty, sexy Raffe! What do you want me to say? He's perfect!

I'm gonna remember this series as one of the best dystopian/angels novels I ever read. Thank you so much Susan Ee for sharing this story with us, you're awesome.
