No. Just no. Such a let down. And Penyrn taking advantage of Raffe while he is asleep? Eff no. We got no answers. Why did the angels come? Not answered. Why are they backing off now? Not answered. I can't believe this was written by the same author that wrote the first two books.

This was one of my favorite trilogies EVER.
I was such a fan I waited 2 YEARS SINCE THIS BOOK CAME OUT TO FINISH IT!
Why?
Because I loved the world so much I didn't want it to end.

Uno de los finales mas malos de la vida,sin explicaciones,sin una batalla final,un final abierto,con un epilogo que no aporta nada de nada exijo una novella 3.5 para cerrar la saga.

A fantastic ending to a wonderful series. I like how this wrapped everything up with a battle and then ultimately a very happy and unexpected ending. Definitely one of the best series I've read. It's just very well done!
Finally, an ending of a trilogy that I actually liked! I fell in love with the first two of the Penryn series and just in time for End of Days to come out! And of course I loved that one too. It had plenty of action, suspense and gave a satisfying ending to the Penryn and Raffe will they/won't they. I really hope that this series will be movies!
End of Days is a fast-paced, high-stakes novel in which allegiances are tested as humans are pitted against angels. It's heartrending and sometimes difficult to get through, especially once the book takes a darker turn and humanity realizes that it has to make one final stand. And Penryn...brave and reckless and sometimes scared, she comes to terms with the fact that she needs to shoulder far too heavy a burden. Raffe, too, has his own difficult decisions to make--neither of them come out of this war unscathed. But there are moments of romance, of relief, that provide a much needed counterbalance.
