for me

This book was good. I loved the smut. I thought the wolves were adorable. Spoiler one does die and I cried so hard. Anyways I didn’t like how he lied to her and how he only left the military because he friend said so. Like it made me mad that his friend had to die for him to realize everything but whatever. They were cute and I’m glad they got married. It was short and somewhat sweet. I didn’t expect what the guy did to the guy obsessed with Lana. Overall it was good but I disliked some things 3/5

Blind Reader Wanted was so freaking good! I absolutely loved Kit and Lara's relationship!

Lara is blind. Has been since the day she was born. However, that hasn't stopped her from being who she is. She is such a lovable character from the start and of course you'll end up rooting for her to get a happy ending. Especially when Kit comes into the picture. Now Kit is sort of the opposite of Lara. Well, for one.. he's not blind. He's a military man and lives outside of town with his wolves that he rescued. Once he meets her, well it's sort of love at first sight.

Now I totally hate the whole insta love thing in book which is why I applaud Lara's character even more. She doesn't just love him after their first meeting. She definitely takes it a lot slower which made Kit work for the relationship that he wanted. Eventually they got together and it was god damn swoonworthy people!

Besides romance, there were some twists and turns. Some of those I thought they would bite a character in the ass.. other's I just kind of went along with it. I'm an easy person to please!

Overall, this book was really enjoyable. It's free on KU and has some smuttiness - if you're into that kind of thing! Then there's a really sweet epilogue and shit! It was freaking adorable. I loved it! I will definitely be looking into another book by this author.

This was interesting. huge twist but I still and on the fence if I truly enjoyed it. The hero did something entirely questionable without any remorse, some might say it was justified but it still gives me misgivings.

DNF 56%. Idk what happened but dialog and story took a turn downhill and I don?t feel like I?m reading the same author or plot. Their attitudes and dialog seemed to go from 20s-30s to teens and everything else in the story feels incredibly forced.

What an amazing story of overcoming the odds!

I received a gift of this book for an honest review. I absolutely loved this book! The characters were amazing and completely relatable. Lara being blind from birth but being an amazing artist was just amazing. Her strength and courage is enough to inspire anyone!! Kit is the ultimate alpha...his wolves were beautiful and the relationship between them was real. The story was developed and didn't leave you hanging which I like! Recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read!!

I hate books with people who don't mind their own business, and since this is based in a small town, that's exactly what happens. The writing bothered me to. The way they "thought" was just odd. I don't know how else to describe it. The characters who well thought out though. It also had plenty of twist and turns so that's a plus. Unique too. Just not my cup of tea I guess.

I really wanted to like it. I did. There was just so much problematic stuff in this, that I couldn’t.

-The dialogue was cringey. It changed from southern accent/regency style dialogue to how I think a robot would speak.

-The wild wolves that came up into the house like dogs and wanted petted and hugged? Wolves that could look into your soul with their eyes and somehow understand you in a spiritual way?Just no.

-The poor math with the pregnancy. If you’re 6 months past when you told your partner you’re pregnant, that’s not 20 weeks.

-Also, why the YouTube links to songs? Why not just have a song list.

This was not the book for me.

OMG! I need a Kit Carson!

I loved this story! Kit Carson and his wolves need to find me. Ugh... This story ripped my heart and stomped on it. Then right at the end put me back together and sent me on my happy little way!

Glad I picked this book up!
