Beautiful book. I love learning about other cultures, the ways they practice the craft, their beliefs etc. This book did an amazing job. The illustrations are also gorgeous.

A refreshing look at a folk-based tradition of witchcraft. It is both informative and instructional, and is a great asset for anyone curious about slavic folk magick. The illustrations are a beautiful touch.

I am really looking forward to when this book releases so I can finish it. Baba Yaga has always been a story I have wanted to know more about and the little I learned just peaked my interest more. It always intrigues me to learn some background about crafts I was taught such as cross stich and embroidery. I rated it on what I was able to read.

No, no, no, no and no! If you want to learn something about Slavic magic keep yourself away from this book! For example, you should never use anything sharp or prickly when you make a Motanka doll. And madame Pamita advise to use a needle during that proces...! Bread and holy water given to Rusałka? Really? Where did she get her "knowledge"? Having Slavic roots it's not enough to write a book about our magic.

I dunno, I was hoping for a more comprehensive “Slavic” version than just Ukrainian. I’m down to read anything but this felt more individualized than I thought it was going to be
