The Big Bad Wolf admires himself so much that everyone he meets in the forest must agree. Who would argue with a wolf?

Ramos writes a fun and sassy tale about an arrogant animal. His interactions with other fairytale creatures is quite amusing. The illustrations are bold and bright. Young listeners might not catch all the turn of phrase but older listeners and readers will be amused by the wolf's questions and statements.

The art was really cute, and knowing that it was a translation saved my over-all opinion. The language was a little too dry, but the humor is still intact. Over all, I enjoyed it and would reccomend. Also: dragons!

A wolf discovers that although you can bully a lot of people into saying you're handsome if you're a wolf, not everyone is scared of wolves.

He's back and as full of himself as ever. More literate, fairy tale fun!

It's a cute little book. And when I say little I mean little. Just a handful of pages and it's over. But I did like the book. A wolf who is so high on himself goes through the woods asking everyone he meets "who is the most handsome?". I did love how he calls Little Red Riding Hood his little wild strawberry. And the Three Little Pigs bacon bits. And hopefully, he learns his lesson when he meets the baby dragon.

I am currently writing a list of Great Picture Books for School-Age Storytimes, and this book just shot RIGHT to the top of it.

You have to pretend you're Eddie Izzard while you're reading it, though. That's a must.

There are some fantastic vocabulary words in this book! The abrupt ending threw me for a loop, but I think kids will relate to the fox's ego and obnoxiousness, as I'm sure they'll know kids or adults like him.
