First, I hate, hate HATE second-person POV. So every time I arrived to the killer's sections I wanted to skip them VERY badly. 

And I arrived at a startling discovery: the reason why it takes me ages to finish these books is because I don't like Dr Hunter. 

That aside, the story is interesting, although the plot, particularly by the end, is shaky. And I knew

that York wasn't the killer, although I didn't suspect Kyle was.

 

I have the next book in this series, and I'll be reading it soon, even with Dr Hunter in it :P

Wunderbares Buch, ich konte es fast nicht weglegen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es aber wegen des latenten Sexismus.

Оооох, ця частина не схожа на попередні.
Було дуже динамічно та цікаво. Наш вбивця влаштував цілий квест з пошуку особистостей вбитий, доказів та й самого винуватця (звичайно ми отримали вже очікуваний неочікуваний поворот).
У нас в книзі є розділи від імені маніяка, трошки знайомить нас з його внутрішнім світом та його реакціями на слідство.
Кінець трошки моторошний, автор зміг викликали в мене мурашки. Басейн трупів - це прям

4,5/5 ⭐ Mielestäni tämä kirja oli erilainen kuin edeltäjänsä, mutta ei huonolla tavalla. Lopussa melkein jo luulin, että tässä ei tullutkaan mitään suurempaa plottwistiä, mutta kyllähän se sitten sieltä tutusti tuli.
