This issue of World of Wakanda was probably the most disappointing thing that happened to me this week. I buy it without hesitation at my local comic bookstore (shout out to Green Brain Comics in Dearborn), eagerly awaiting Roxane Gay's writing, kickass women, and awesome lesbian romance. Instead, I got this issue. Say what? So disappointing. If Roxane Gay's out, so am I.
