This is a good story with many layers about what it means to be alive and judged based on your heritage. I loved the story and the premise of it, and the charcters were really good. The ending kinda took a meh turn at one point, but i’m looking forward to reading the next book.

This book was so freaking good. The twist at the end was insane. I really hope there’s another book because I need to see what happens next.

I have thoughts but none of them are fully coherent. I liked the first 150 or so pages! And then we got to the magic school part where almost everything had to be compared to HP... I kind of got lost but kept reading. Nice writing though, I liked that
