Don't really know what to make of this one. It has absolutely no plot, next to no characters, and 100% of what happens is summed up in the title. It's kind of funny, but 120 pages of jokes about how cats don't like baths sculpted into a how to manual is kind of a lot of pages on just that. Still, there were a good number of laugh out loud parts and the art complimented the narration well for extra jokes.

Made me and my son laugh out loud. We have a "bad kitty" of our own so we can identify! I can't even imagine trying to give her a bath! A great choice for readalongs with your emerging reader (K-3.)

This is more of a concept book than a story; it explains how to give a cat a bath, why it will be difficult, and all of the steps (precautions!) one needs to take in order to be successful. Love the glossary of terms! Hilarious and a great addition to the Bad Kitty series.

Liked this more than I expected, but mostly because I was thinking of teachers and students I could give it to who would like it.

Hilarious series of books that both kids are enjoying. The format is short text with fun pictures that keep the 4 year old entertained but also had longer sections of non-fiction (called Uncle Murray's Fun Facts) that give the 7 year old more detail. Having read this one and Bad Kitty vs Uncle Murray, we can't wait to read the rest of the books.
