This is definitely a step up in quality from the third book in the series. However, you get the impression that the author just slapped a bunch of short stories together set in the same universe with only themes tying it together. If you liked the first two books, you'll like this one.

this book gets four stars simply because of that last story about the father and daughter RICKY WHEN I CATCH YOU RICKY YOU ARE DONE FOR! that little japanese man hits me WHERE IT HURTS! if you don’t like these books or cry when you read them, you have the emotional maturity of a grape and also you hate asian people!
