It occurred to me that I could reread Magic Tree House. So I will be doing that. I am very pro childless adults reading chapter books for their own entertainment. Also, adult books lack pictures and typically aren’t only 60-70 pages, which means they are less fun.

Wasn’t disappointed at all :) Super fun and imaginative, although I was kind of expecting a bit more facts. I forgot there was a small mystery element to the series, which is fun, and I cannot remember for the life of me where it goes. Jack and Annie are so real for accepting time travel without a second thought.

I found this book lying around the house and just knew I had to pick it up and reread it! I loved these books as a child and to this day still adore them. While hey are clearly meant for younger audiences it was still so much fun to be back in this world with these characters again. Made me feel like a little kid reading these for the first time.

This was super cute and a fast read with pictures throughout the chapters. There are also a ton of books which is great since we read them so quickly.

My son liked it while we were reading it and wanted to keep reading but when I tried to check out the next book in the series he wasn’t interested. Will come back to this series as I think he would like the other books.

This is the second book I've read in this series, and I think they're okay. I don't really love them, but they're probably good for kids who are transitioning into chapter books.
