Not my fave read I liked how the book was drawn in colored pencil very unique. I felt like the graphic novel lacked something. I wanted more and more development withen the story. I saw a metaphor of greed and capitalism. That even though the flower can grow so much if still planted. The king wants it all to himself. Some rental places have rules that people can't grow their own gardens and I find it absurd because we live in nature where we could feed ourselves and there's rules not allowing that. Plus the second one critiques a system. Helping one family is not going to fix poverty and inequality. I loved the name one that was my favorite a "dead name" in literal terms. A new name can bring so much joy. 

I liked it but it wasn't my fave

I enjoyed the cast of characters and variety of stories. Some of the fairy tales left me confused and feeling open-ended though.
