I quite enjoyed this book, I've always said that I wanted to know the history behind World of Warcraft since i was so immersive and massive, but didn't have access to the previous games which help lay out some of the history.
When someone told me that there was a book series I was ecstatic! The author did not let me down either, I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Compared with the other WoW books I've read so far, this one stands out to me. It was more than just battles and I was very excited about the dragons. I believe this book was very well written and the last 100 pages had me so engrossed it was a very easy finish. I really enjoyed the characters in this book, they felt more real to me. I hope to encounter them again.

It's Knaak and it's very much a product of its time.
The plot itself was super interesting, but if I'd taken a shot for every time someone had the hots for Vereesa and was doing everything possible to suck up to her, I'd likely have passed out by the end.

Proprio pessimo, dopo una settimana ad arrancare intorno alla metà ho deciso di abbandonarlo. Non sembra neanche Warcraft e a mio parere dovrebbero decanonizzarlo.

This book was decent, I did enjoy it in the end. However, I really had an issue "getting into" it for more than the first half. I had to force myself to continue reading, and I'm not sure I would have, if I hadn't been interested in it because of WoW. The last 100 pagse are great, I was captivated. Everything before... not so much.

A bit hard to get into during some parts, but I overall enjoyed this adventure. I definitely like learning WoW-lore.

As a World of Warcraft player from the days of its first launch, I made my mind p to read all the Warcraft books in order this. Not as easy as it sounds though as the original 4 are not cheap to get hold of; just an FYI if you're thinking of reading from book 1. I won't, however, be reading these back-to-back as I don't want to get burnt out on them, plus the hunting them to down, is part of the fun of reading them.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book after all... dragons. It was interesting to come across some of the two-legged characters that feature in the game too, and discover their origins (which I am sure will be covered more in-depth in later books).
