Wow! Pamela Samuels Young did it again. I figured out who the killer was before Special did! Just the right amount of suspense.

Wow.
I love this series. It's been a crazy ride with these five books and I'd gladly do it all over again. This one was so good and I'm glad to see Specials character development throughout all these books. I think what I love the most is the fact that not all the drama takes place in a court room, which can be dull in these types of books, but not with this series.
It's funny, fast paced, thrilling. Everything I would want to read.

This was one wild ride (albeit a bit slow in the beginning) and I enjoyed it. Although, I must say I could have done without the Special/Darius subplot. I wasn't a fan of how that was executed. I'm disappointed there aren't any more books in this series, but I will definitely check out the rest of the author's backlist.

Not boring at all
Pamela Samuels Young delivers again. Her characters are flushed out and while I thought I knew the killer, she twisted it before the end. I enjoy her work, because I could envision the characters and the plot is not too far from truth.

Pamela Samuels young brings back Attorney Vernetta Henderson and her arch-rival, Girlie Cortez. This legal thriller has a host of characters that are conniving, deceitful, likable and down-to earth. You will find yourself relating to someone in this book. Bliss is a beautiful, gold-digging woman who is only looking out for herself and doesn’t care who she has to hurt on her journey to living a wealthy life. Although this is a Vernetta Henderson series, Pamela writes it as a “stand alone” book.
