Decided I only wanted to read And Then There Were None and The Mousetrap.

This is the first Agatha Christie I have read and I enjoyed it immensely. Good, classic whodunits with a delightful humor. These short stories/ plays feature Ms Marple and Hercules Poirot so I feel like I got a good introduction to her work.

Absolutely great! No wonder these plays are still famous. i especially loved the Mouse trap and the Hollow.
These are a collection of plays that are unique, yet have that graceful touch of Agatha Christie. The least dialogue has an importance and triggers the unravelling of a stupendous plot.

Okay, SO. I only read The Mousetrap of all the plays this includes. I didn't realize it was based on a story or would have read that, as I tend to dislike reading plays as a rule. I enjoyed this, but it was a lot to take in after And Then There Were None (mostly because it's not as good); and having known there was a twist ending, I was just anticipating that, and pretty early on caught on to what it would be (but was hoping it would be an even bigger twist than that). All in all, it was entertaining and fine but I think I'm rather over Christie at the moment.

rereading, because I'm in it!!
edit: Having immersed myself in this play for the past 6 weeks, I am now sick unto death of it.

I honestly didn't think that I would enjoy reading her plays (heck, I didn't even know she wrote plays). Surprisingly, I loved those plays as much as I like reading her novels.
