Pretty good. I like what they've done with Diana, even if I feel like Batman and Superman are out of character. Still, the story isn't about them and it's easy to overlook. The artwork is gorgeous and overall it was an enjoyable read.

I've been wanting to read A League of One after it was rec'd by a friend who has suggested almost every other Wonder Woman story I've read and none of those had been disappointing. I was very excited to pick this up as I was sure it wouldn't be disappointing.

Sadly it was and I was. It isn't a terrible story overall but, one, it felt a bit short and rushed and, two, this Wonder Woman didn't do it for me. She wasn't an excellent kick ass lady who managed to defeat the dragon when know one else could. She could do it because she's "honest and pure" and that frustrated me.

I also found the art style annoying. It worked with the story but I didn't enjoy looking at it.

Wonder Woman can do so much better and be such an amazing hero, in her own right, with no help from any male heroes and this felt like a let down.

Also I hate it when they put Superman and Wonder Woman together as a couple. I like the idea of Wonder Woman not needing a man in her life.

This is my first Wonder Woman comic and I really enjoyed it. It had a Lord of the Rings feel along with Greek myths. I like how they gave a plot twist that allowed Wonder Woman to save herself and the world. She was never really alone but she knew how to defend herself, outsmart everyone and (spoiler) happy ending! The art was really nice also.
