Great chapters to refresh yourself with before buying a new one.
Each recipe starts with a title and small color photo.
Prep and cook times and servings are listed.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and some nutritional information is included: calories, carbs, fat, protein, sugar and cholesterol.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top fo a new page.
Love fish section the best, less sodium.
Vegetables section is another really good category as vegetables are fresh.
Make your own sauces, marinades a bit healthier at home.
A KEEPER this book has so much to it! Smoothie recipes are included but are NOT grilled.
