A great intro to living systems and creatures of all sorts! There's a fair amount of humor and silliness, but it doesn't detract from the science and learning behind the contents. I'm terrible with gauging age ranges, but this would be really useful throughout a kid's educational growth.

Delightful. Occasionally disgusting, but definitely delightful. We love the Brains-On podcast and this equally clever in book form. This will go on my gifts-for-kids list.
