Not my favorite in the series, but I liked it more toward the end.

This book was so much better than the last two. I swear! It followed the lives of Kristina's kids and it was just amazing. It showed us how their lives are without their mom and what they think of her. None of them deal with crank, thank goodness or else it would have started to get repetitive, and they were actually doing something with their lives. But of course you have to have some drama and dysfunction in the story, and it totally did. I loved it!

This was a great ending to the series. It gave Kristina's children a voice. It also gave the author a little more of a voice. This book not only shows how meth affected Kristina, but it shows how meth affects other. Without giving it away I loved the end the last thought of the the 3 children.

Loved the series. It is sad how chemical abuse effects families and friends. It is also sad that the person who is hooked to the chemical does not see it or want help as they do not care. Praying that this series helps people understand just how bad it can be.

I couldn't put this book down. I really enjoyed the third book in this series being said from the points of views or her three oldest children. The first two books, and this is downright not my style, made me think... what the hell is so special about this drug. Even though I read the perspective on using it, I just can't wrap my head around it. So much so that if I were less responsible, a little younger, not dead set against controlled substances, and maybe a little more vulnerable... I would have wanted to try it for myself. There is definitely an urge inside me that thinks, I should try this shit cause I don't believe it so special. Obviously I would never feed that urge because, well because a) I have gone 30 years without temptation, looking down on people using drugs, always saying no and b) because I read glass and fallout. Those two books, especially this one... just shows you how one decision to 'try' it could change your life... and everyone else around you's life. Good job Ellen, for writing this book. I felt like it was me experiencing all of this and no other book has done that to me.
