Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook 101 easy and healthy vegan recipe by Arnold Smith
TOC where recipes are broken up into different food/meal categories.
We do eat a vegetarian plant based diet and have an instant pot and always on the lookout for more recipes to try.
This starts with what a vegan lifestyle is and how small changes matter to getting healthier.
Basics of the instant pot are also discussed. Different functions of the pot are included in the discussions.
Has basic pantry recipes that are just written out using grams and American measurements also.
Recipes are NOT written out in normal fashion.
They start with a title, summary of the dish and the first recipe in the chapter has a picture.
It has a list that runs together of the ingredients using mixed English and American measurements and using canned items rather than fresh.
Tells you how to make it in the pot and serve it.
There are NO nutritional information. Feel free to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sugar, low sodium, low fat and fresh vs canned products.
Next recipe starts right away with no photo but has a small italicized title.
Never states how many the dish will serve.
Reminds me of old cookbooks in the 30/40's that have no pictures or defined lines of ingredients.
Not excited about this book at all.
