This is simply the best book in the series so far. The riddles, the character development, the plot twists, this is literally a perfect book. Nothing more to say.

I liked how the riddles worked and how there was more than one to figure everything out along the way.

I think Rodda needs to take it easy on the use of "plainly." It's 2-3 times per page, and it gets exhausting to read over and over with every page of every book.

Like most, it had some crazy good plot twists that made for a very exciting story.

I'm glad Neridah got what she deserved. I was a bit annoyed that everyone fell for everything every time despite saying she was like that and witnessing her do it multiple times.

It's slightly irritating that Doom keeps so much information from everyone. I get his character isn't trusting, but it felt more like it was being withheld as simply a way of slowing the story down and not for any real reason.

Overall enjoyed it, but it had more things that I didn't like than the rest.
