I loved the different stories that were presented in the book and how the different ghouls tried to live their lives while interacting with the humans in the world. I think my favorite story was the one with Hide and how he was trying his best to believe that Ken wasn't a ghoul, even going as far as to planting food in Ken's bag so the other students would leave him alone. That's friendship right there and makes me sad about what happens in the manga with these two.

Still a wonderful read and a great addition to any fan's collection of "Tokyo Ghoul."

Light novel for the Tokyo Ghoul series, this had six original stories about the characters. A nice little treat if you enjoy the manga.

I really enjoyed reading the stories of the lives of different characters. They were all so interesting. But my favorite was Hinami's Story, it was so sweet.

I kind of want that four leaf clover bookmark she has. :)
Can't wait to read the other two light novel volumes. :)

This was a good addition to the main story. I think the author did a good job of staying true to the characters. Some stories were more interesting than others. I'm not a huge fan of the writing style, but I'm not sure if it's the writing itself or maybe just the way it was translated. Either way, if you like Tokyo Ghoul and just want some more light hearted content, this is a good place to look.

A fun edition to the series. Gives a little bit more depth to the character but isn't necessary to enjoy the manga.
