Best book I've read in my life. The word needs to change, and I think it can.

This book is nuts. Reminds me of HyperNormalisation just in terms of Hobsbawm’s ability to describe exactly how difficult the problems modern society faces really are, the nature of the difficulty, and how the world arrived at the problems. Book is nuts.

Interesting, though perhaps too cynical view to the most extreme century of human history.
