This book melted my heart. It has some hot and steamy scenes, but it is also sweet and passionate. It is extremely well written, smooth flowing and easy to read. The author does a great job portraying the characters, their emotions and the experiences they go through. The imagery is so vivid, that I could picture every scene in the book as if I were watching a movie. The book kept me captivated from the first page through the last.

I love the characters. Randall Graves has been mentioned in past books in the Grazi Kelly Universe. Randall is third in command, part of the wolf guard, member of the Macconwood Pack, creator of WolfMoon and a phenomenal computer programmer. He lives and breathes computer coding. Even though he is pack, he is a loner He prefers the company of his computer to that of others. He is not remotely interested in a mate or a family. He gave up on love long ago.

Tulla is a widowed single mother to a wonderful 7 year old son named Danny. she has such a fun personality. She opened a bed and breakfast on an island in South Carolina to be able to provide for her and her son. She is dedicated to making sure that all of he guests the privacy that they want, that they are well fed and looked after. She would do anything at all, to make sure her son stays safe, happy and healthy.

Randall thought he was doing just fine, if maybe a tad cranky when he is forcibly sent on a vacation. He has no choice in the matter. He will be going whether he likes it or not, and the destination and length of the vacation has been chosen for him. What is he going to do on a vacation? Tulla and Danny are excited as they are having their first spring guest. Tulla has made sure that all the requests for the guest are ready to go.

Randall and Tulla are both in for the surprise of their lives. Neither of them are interested in finding love or being in a relationship. But the moment their eyes meet, sparks fly. This is going to be an interesting vacation.

I highly recommend this book to those who like romance, paranormal, werewolves. It is not necessary, but I highly recommend reading the books of the Grazi Kelly Universe (Grazi Kelly Series, Angela Tanner Files, and Macconwood Pack Series) in order. There are a few people and things mentioned in the series that may not make sense unless you have the extra background information.

Is it just me or does this series keeps getting better and better with each new book. I am loving it more than ever! It's Randall & Tulla's story. Randall needs vacation, everyone can see this except him. For him his work is everything. He simply can't sit idling around. But when he was forced to take a break from work, he just had to manage somehow. Although all will be well as long as he got a working computer and wifi connection. Unfortunately for him things didn't go his way.
Tulla's new guest arrived and he wasn't anything she expected him to be. Instead of a middle aged, workaholic cliché she got a hot man. And she can't help but be attracted to him. She can't afford romantic entanglement though. Firstly, she must think about her son. Secondly, she must think about the threat hanging over their heads. May be her worrying is pointless but what if whoever is threatening her son is serious? What then?
Randall soon realizes that Tulla is the one for him. His wolf has claimed the mother and the son and now he will do anything to protect them.
It's intriguing, romantic paranormal tale, which I enjoyed reading a lot.
