I have long loved the Don Bluth animated movie, but never read the book it was based on. I thought it was interesting to compare the two. Read it all in one day in a furious sprint, was a lot of fun!
Crazy to me that one of the main rats is named JUSTIN and he’s like regarded as the hottest bitch in the book

Gosh, a children's book about rats being sent to a lab. Sign me up! A pretty interesting read for an adult and I can only imagine what a kid might think. We read about 20 pages to our 13month old and he actually sat still to listen. Makes me excited to get past the board book phase and read more books like this to him all the way through one day.
