Super cute selection of poetry and art - definitely a coffee table book, but one I enjoyed flipping through! Would probably make for a cute stocking-stuffer style gift, but nothing more.

cool but SO didactic. like helloo some of us aren’t used to reading 12th century letter written by medieval maidens. what do half these words mean. it does justice on what it sets out to do though, very interesting excerpts and well organised, themed chapters.
