Si ya estaba enamorada de la saga con el videojuego y la serie (y Henry Cavill, no nos vamos a engañar) con los libros creo que mi obsesión va a ir en aumento (si es que logro hacerme con todos para leerlos

I loved how they told different stories of the Witcher and the characters in this universe.

Geralt is just as cool in the books as he is in the show. Excited to continue reading this series.

Who Will Like It: fans of the show and short story anthologies

Preface: I’ve not watched the Netflix show or played the game

Book Review: I buddy read this with someone who loves the show and the games so I wasn’t sure if she’d overhyped it or not. Turns out she didn’t. I really liked it.

There was some very dude things that were in the story that drove me crazy. I’ll give you one example: When Geralt fights this monster and it turns out to be a young teenage girl…at one point she is naked and even though Geralt has no sexual thoughts about her he does clock her cone shaped boobs…like why? There is no point and it ads nothing to the story.

Minimally this went through 4 people to get published into English = writer, editor, translator, English editor. All 4 of these people worked on those words and still through it was cool to publish. No idea why.

I still really liked it though.
