I first read this MMF book when it was called BATH BOMB by the pen name Clara Leigh. I enjoyed it back then but it would have been nice to have more background on the characters. Now that Madelynne Ellis has added chapters and more material which adds depth to Lorne’s character, I enjoyed this new version ( from the Stirred Passion Series ) so much more.

STIRRED PASSION SERIES
Suggested reading order:

Cherry Bomb - book 1
Screw Driver - book 1.5
Black Velvet - book 2
Soul Kiss - book 3
Mint to Be - book 4

Read Cherry Bomb - book 1, Screw Driver - book 1.5, then read Black Velvet; you will find more depth in Lorne’s character than there was in Bath Bomb and you will understand better what motivates him as a character.
I liked Lorne in Cherry Bomb & Bath Bomb; but I adore him in Black Velvet. I couldn’t help but to root for him. :-)

disappointed that this is a happy for now ending with vague plans for the real meat of the story to be told in an upcoming continuation
it was hot,

but  there's hardly any interaction between the 3MCs in real life, and none after their weekend out of time

I'm extremely apprehensive that this story is left like this, but the author has plans to write a 4some story. super ambitious.
I'll probably try to remember to get the second part when it comes out.
