so sweet 🥹 i especially liked that it didn’t shy away from discussing nico’s trauma.

overall i just adore nico and will as individuals and together too. my heart is bursting with love for them and i really enjoyed spending so much time with the two 💞

i did have some issues though with timeline stuff, the villain/antagonist and some of the writing (but that’s probably cause i’m used to rick’s style more than mark’s). despite all of this, i just love the story & the characters a lot.

not perfect but a great book nonetheless 👏

I really like the Nico Di Angelo character when he was first introduced so I was excited to read this book but I kind of feel slightly let down. It was great to read through Nico coming to terms with himself and his PTSD but this book felt like a fanfiction almost. Mr D. was somewhat nice which threw me. It hardly felt like it was in the same Percy Jackson universe as all the other books. Maybe my expectations were too high, I don't know, but it was still a fun read.
