Maybe I'm in a crabby mood due to being quarantined for a week but I wasn't into this. I love the Fantastic Four but this seemed like a waste of time on some level. I got it for $15, marked down from $40, and I think I'd rather have the $15 back.
The deal is each page is a closeup shot from a panel from a printed copy of Fantastic Four #1. I think I would have been better off with Maximum Fantastic Four #1. Maximum was shot from cleaned up reprint material. With this being shot from the newsstand FF#1, I kept getting distracted by all the imperfections in the coloring and printing process. Not as big of a deal at comic size but when the panel takes up a whole page, it's hard to miss.
