I am very confused about how the clans continue to exist. If you can only marry (and mate) from outside your clan, and the lower clan member always gets absorbed into the higher clan, wouldn't everyone eventually be in Sun Clan?

I didn't really care for Lissa. I thought she was very weak and whiney. The rest of the characters, I liked.

I hated the female Dom world but u can see how it helped Lissa and Saber get over there stupid brother/sister relationship.
Loved everything about the other characters in book. Really would like a full story for L and Draven. Great HEA.

full of spelling errors and omg this is so badly written. it feels like the author ran out of ideas and put in sex scenes with other characters to pad it out.

I had a hard time with this book. There were parts about it that I liked. Draven and L’s story was interesting. I really liked Lissa and Saber’s characters, but the story was rough. Definitely check trigger warnings as there may being content that’s upsetting.

I started to read this one nearly a year ago, and about 10% in I put it down and never picked it up again... and now that I've come back to it and read it start to finish, I have no idea why. It. Is. So. Good.

I love Lissa (even though, in the same vein as Nadiah, she's a naive moron at times)... and man oh man do I love Saber. Hello. And the whole body snatchers thing in the latter half? Laughed my ass off. Literally laughing out loud while I was reading, which is always the best. And Draven. Definitely said a book or so ago that I'd love him, and he sure didn't disappoint.

Great read! Onto the next :)

Contains some vague spoilers!!!

Enjoyed this book but felt it was slightly rushed at the end. When L and the bad guy go off together after realizing their feelings for each other, it felt forced but was still acceptable due to the snippets of a possible relationship mentioned throughout the book. The obvious hint of the next book also felt rushed as the new character was mentioned only briefly before but now has a small back-story already built up. I will give kudos to the bad guy for pulling the switch-a-roo on the Kindred aboard the ship, not the typical revenge path and I applaud you for not wiping out my favorite characters. Had we been given a glimpse into a certain male's perspective while engaging in intimate acts with his bride during the ordeal, that would have been an added bonus.
