i’ve been fascinated by Dan Brown’s writing for years, since around 2015. and he still manages to blow me away every time. honestly, the man is a genius. i’d love the chance to pick his brain someday, just to understand how he comes up with these intricate plots.
what i really admire is how he blends history, science, and religion so seamlessly. it never feels overwhelming or dull and he always keeps the reader engaged. it’s a rare skill, and he nails it every time.

watched the movie last night… dramatic sigh. and once again, i must scream it from the mountaintops: THE BOOK IS ALWAYS BETTER! why, oh why, can’t they just follow the book? is it really that hard?

I truly forgot how mind-numbing idiotic this book is. The men are all garbage monsters with egos large enough to fill the Sistine Chapel and then some. How Robert Langdon became the hero of a book series is beyond me. For a Harvard Professor and renowned symbologist, he’s incredibly incurious and refuses to believe something unless he is led to believe he discovered it himself.

I have read Dan Brown few years ago, but for aome reaaon I was afraid to read him now, at this age. I thought that he seemed so good because I was a kid back then and juat so unexperienced at this 😄

I think I may have enjoyed this book more than the Davinci Code. I'm looking forward to the movie.
