Wish it was a bit more empathetic/trauma informed. Cute idea, sort of crude execution.

We do in fact know people in our lives or people passing by that want to start drama or carry it on like a grapevine because they need some attention in their lives but for what good reason?

I think we've all got a little bit of negative Nancy going on from time to time and for some I think if they're in a dramatic setting they will talk about it not to stir a drama pot but because they need a release but then there are others who make up or stretch things to make themselves look better but really all they're doing is making themselves look even worse. Then there's others who do it because they get some sort of satisfaction from other people's misery.

The friend personality test is comical. The book also has a list of the most common sources that we'll find the drama in our lives and ways to deal with them.
All these are explained in a way that we can understand and they are all pretty much common sense anyway.

Basically it boils down to letting drama queens problems roll off you and not taking anything to heart. Weed the garden so to speak. You don't like it when weeds invade your garden so you pluck them out. It's the same thing with the drama queens, pluck them out of your life and you'll live a less stressful life.
