Starting Monday Jan. 4th Day 1.
It's Tuesday February 2nd and I finished Day 30!

I can't believe how far I've come in 30 days. I've lost 11 pounds for one thing. Another is that when I started day 1 I could barely walk for 10 minutes on the treadmill at 2.0. Never mind the body weight exercises that I could barely do 1 set of and the strength exercises I could hardly do a 1 circuit of. Now I'm walking 50 minutes at a speed of 3.3 and I'm doing 2 sets of the body weight exercises and doing 2 sets of full body strength exercises. I'm eating healthy but part of that is thanks to Sparkpeople.com. I didn't fellow the meal plan in this book but I did eat the amount of calories the book called for and tried to eat more fruit. The veggies I can eat all day long. I'm eating whole grains now so the carbs I do eat, which is lot less of, are healthy ones. My fat intake is were it's suppose to be at now and I'm eating lean proteins. I need to keep this up till I get to my goal weight and then mantain for the rest of my life. This isn't just a diet, it's a life style change that I need to stay with forever.
One thing I'm working harder on is less sodium. There is so much in any canned, boxed, prepacked, ect. I want to be able to get off my blood pressure medicine by the end of this year if at all possible.
