I loved this story! The dual time line between WWII and today was great but I loved that the main character seemed real. She had a messy normal family life that sounded like any of us today struggling with spouses, children, parents and careers. The sacrifices that Hannah and Saul made were impossible choices but the fact that they found love and friendship despite everything was touching.
