This was a good clean read. I think the detective is a pretty nice guy. (I also give him brownie points for waiting for this "thing" between Rosemary and Felix to fizzle.) I'm definitely willing to try out the sequel.

Es un libro entretenido, de esos que te hacen pasar un buen rato pensando solo en los problemas de otro y dejar a un lado los tuyos.

This book was okay. I enjoyed reading it but there were areas that could have been better. Good for the price!

There’s really no sleuthing in this book. For it supposedly being a cozy mystery, there’s a lot of other stuff going on. Okay, I know that a lot of the stories have romance in them and that’s kind of what makes them cozy, but like that is the main focus of the story.

An enjoyable light read. A few inconsistencies in the narrative, but nothing so jarring as to really disrupt the story.

A great read ... it just flew by. Right up my alley with a main character who is a chemist and a chef! Can’t wait to read the next installment!
