I really wanted to like this book more. Unfortunately, I think I am in a place where I need more from the character development and quality of the writing. Our male lead felt quite stagnant for most of the book and our female lead was a little generic, personality wise.

Finally our girl Meegan gets the partner of her dreams!!! The communication in the book was exceptional. I was clapping on and off throughout the book because Meegan and Olin respect the hell out of each other and really love one another. This book was HOT.

potentially a soft dnf?? there are way too many characters from other books that aren’t from this series? I just feel lost and their story is not that intriguing to continue
