I am far away in the corporate career ladder from becoming a safety manager. However, this book has really valuable advice for safety engineers as well. I hope I remember to go back to this book when that happens (joke). Approaching the human factor from the perspective Kevin Burns does it so essential for overall safety, both from the operational and corporate point of view. I will definitely be proposing several premises in this book to both my co-workers and manager during safety meetings.
