It's wonderful seeing how this new direction for the HB universe is unfolding.

While this collection felt (again) like a bunch of place-holder stories, like the Minolions are treading water while they figure out where to go from the kaiju parade this series is becoming, it still had some good bits. I love Iosif and how, as we learn here, he managed to trap Varvara in a bell jar. And the little boy in Illinois was touching. Otherwise, though, meh.
