So thought provoking and healing.
Exactly the kind of prose we need N O W.
I recommend it to everybody.

There's a black hole sitting in the iris of my eye
So it sucks the world in and then gets lost in my mind
I LOVED this book. This is my first poetry book purchased - I didn't even know I liked poetry until I read this. Something about it and its reviews made me impulsively buy it and I'm so so happy that I did. I just finished it and honestly, every single poem/story in this book is so amazing and thought provoking. They almost all have very simplistic but beautiful pictures that go perfectly with the poems. I felt a real connection to some of them because they were just so powerful and relatable. I'll be slowly re reading these poems and I honestly can't wait for more In-Q poetry.

Inquire Within is separated into two parts “inhale” and “exhale”. I prefer the poems in exhale, In-q has a way of putting what you’re thinking or feeling into words so beautifully or just giving a fresh perspective to something that ends up making so much sense. The poems are very timely, especially in “Exhale”. He touches on political issues that plague us today (global warming, social injustice, large corporations with no hearts and soul) with a lot of sad truth and also hope. If you’re unsure of poetry or want a sample of his work, he is always posting segments (and sometimes entire poems) of his poetry on his Instagram account, so that’s a good place to start. He has a very soulful voice, so I ended up getting the audio and the physical copy. 5/5

Not really a fan of poetry, but I accidentally checked this out from the library and I figured it was small enough to YOLO.
I still don't like poetry. There were some good bits I enjoyed in here though.
