There are those books that you don’t really know what to expect going in, and find yourself pleasantly surprised!
Man on the Run by Charles Salzburg is just such a book! This one pulled me in and read in a little over a day! This one was fun as it was from the criminal’s perspective for a change!
Very much a character driven story about a notorious burglar, Francis Hoyt, and the woman who just might know him better than he thinks, Dakota; a true crime podcaster!
When Dakota starts digging into Hoyt’s past , Hoyt decides he just might go on her “little crime podcast” and things start getting tricky!
A true cat and mouse chase between these two characters propels this story forward! With Hoyt planning his next big take, will Dakota actually wind up being his downfall?
