Beautiful

A great historical WWII love story. Couldn’t put it down and makes me think of how awful many aspects of the war truly were and how a true first love can last forever, even if our stories are changed many times.

I enjoyed the book. The transition between years and locations was easy to follow. It is a believable fictional representation of WW2 era, and has a happyish ending.
