I absolutely love the Lunch Lady series. The books read like a mix between the old school Hawaii Five-O television series and dexter's laboratory on the cartoon network. The lunch lady uses cool gadgetry like mustard grappling hooks and corn dog nunchucks to fight crime at the local elementary school. Quick and easy reads for tweens who like graphic novels.

Very funny and satisfying story that brings together the plot lines and characters of the first 9 books in a refreshing way.

These are clever and well done. I'm not sure how they work, but they do.
