We love a scientist poet. A plea for adults to keep their wonder for nature by experiencing it alongside children. It's just so short...I know it's an essay, but it feels unfinished in some way.

Carson never disappoints me, and the photos stood up to the challenge—though I'm a bit biased because they were mostly of the flora I grew up with in Maine.
