Another great summer read that makes you wish you were at the Italian Rivièra right now. It’s not a story where you are dying to find out all the secrets. At least i wasn’t. It’s about getting to know these characters and what makes them tick.

3.5? I can’t decide with this one. There were aspects I really liked, and the ending redeemed it, but there was so much that seemed really pointless to the plot. Which, speaking of, I couldn’t really figure out where the whole book was going/its point until later on. And while the last 10% of the book was the most exciting and redeemed the book somewhat, the ending was also fairly unsatisfying. Definitely my least favorite by Ms Foley, but she’s still a great writer!

DNFing at 30% ☹️ I like Lucy Foley’s other books, and the idea of this book is so Up my alley but I just can not get into it and it’s putting me into a reading slump
