This book promised, and it delivered. Science-backed, clear, concise, and compassionate advice that helped us guide our baby to learning how to self-soothe and sleep well. I like that it covers good sleep habits all the way from birth to school-aged kids, so I know I'll be coming back to it as our child grows.

This approach has worked well for us with our daughter so far. I have reread parts as my daughter’s sleep has developed, and they are right on about what is going on with her sleep. I kept this at four stars because I have only used it for one child, and I haven’t gotten to the age when my daughter is old enough for the sleep training approach.

Appreciated the practical approach and useful tips. A great book to skim, reread, and use what works for you!

Packed with useful information about baby sleep. Haven't yet got to try the main methods proposed by the book, but all of the suggestions for newborns has been dead on! I'll update this review if that ceases to be the case. I read it during those early sleepless nights and it has been exactly what I needed.
