 This book is very clever.  It’s simple.  It's about your family and how you wouldn’t be you without your parents, and your parents, wouldn't be them without your grandparents, etc.  The book is 2 sided, mom’s side and dad’s side, and while the wording has almost no changes, the illustrations really show each side of the family and the difference of where they came from.

I love this book! First of all, I love Dušan Petričić's illustrations like woah, I always have. There's so much movement and character in them. I love the set up of this book, with the two sides of this kid's family tree starting from each end of the book and meeting in the middle for a large family portrait. It's beautiful and simple.
