I thought this was just average. It wasn't bad, but there was nothing outstanding about it. There were definitely some parts of the story that were memorable and different, though. I also liked the artwork.

The only graphic novel by James Patterson, that introduces the character of Daniel X, an orphaned boy who receives a list of all the bad aliens and takes on the burden of eliminating them.

I haven’t read the book that goes along with this new series, but the graphic novel was interesting. It definitly pertains to the young adults and teens more than other graphic novels I had read.

A quick read, but after this graphic novel I’ll probably wait awhile to read the actual book since it didn’t grab onto me like some others.

Daniel X is an alien who has lost his family. He lives in Japan and his powerful imagination allows him to generate a group of friends and even his family to talk things over and solve problems. He has continued the work of his father to destroy aliens who are harming the people of earth. Along the way he meets Kildare, the son of one of the most evil aliens and they become friends.
Daniel finds himself the target of a galaxy's worth of aliens and must use all his resources to survive.

As a fan of the Daniel x series... I can honestly say I hated this book not only was it missing major context to the story the art was poorly done and I feel like they missed a lot of the story of Daniel x and the character they chose to change major aspects of the story

I used this for my high school special education class. The kids enjoyed the story and had fun writing their own comic strips based on an alien and an alien hunter.
