Such a sweet little book in both Spanish and English on how to make arroz con leche. My grandmother used to make that delicious sweet dish back when I was a child. Reading this brought back those memories. It's such a sweet little book and the art is there to match. If you were ever curious on how to make arroz con leche, I recommend this book. It gives easy instructions on how to make it.

This is actually a rather magical children's story, and probably the book I've enjoyed the best so far in my attempts to learn Spanish. I'm pretty sure the recipe it describes would make delicious rice pudding as well.
