Another of the mostly written super-hero stories with questions to discuss and words and ideas to think about at the end. Another decent, if predictable story involving the penguin, who has been coloured by the 60's TV show and the Batman Returns movie, before being redeemed in a visual sense anyway by the portrayal in the Batman prequel series Gotham.
As for this book a decent fast read.
